Having traveled the globe over my career, I have been to some amazing locations. The places that truly stand out tell a story; often one of beauty, change, and strength. The lone surviving artifact from a 150-year-old homestead was this fireplace and chimney. Standing alone on this beach, a witness of history to withstanding the test of time, I could almost see the house that once stood around it and the people who called this beach home. Capturing the watercolor skies, while standing humbly in awe of the story that man creates on Mother Nature’s canvas, was an experience to remember.
